Broadway Asia is seeking a motivated bilingual Chinese intern to join the Booking and Licensing Team in New York. This four-month internship offers exposure to theater licensing, scheduling, and business operations in a dynamic, creative setting.

As part of the team, you will assist with bookings, manage licensing documentation, conduct market research, and contribute to marketing and social media efforts. Aimed at students or recent grads in arts management or related fields, this role

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Theater, Arts Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A passion for theater and the performing arts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the scheduling and coordination of bookings for productions
• Support the licensing process by managing documentation and communication with artists and organizations
• Conduct research on potential venues and markets
• Help maintain organized records and databases
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions
