The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a human behavior field, Spanish bilingual ability, and readiness to travel to client homes. Training is provided; standard hours are 8–5, with possible after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human behavior field with related coursework.
• Spanish reading/writing/speaking proficiency required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing case management with families and professionals to develop and modify treatment plans addressing safety and risk.
• Conduct monthly face-to-face contacts with child/youth, parents, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with GALs and attorneys to prepare for court hearings.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and timely court letters.
• Place and monitor children in out-of-home placements when needed.
• Coordinate services with care providers and community partners.
