Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Experience with children and families.
• Licensure or provisional licensure as required by state.

• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on the unique needs of each client.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support stable functioning.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning with the team.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and fellow therapists.
