VytlOne seeks a full-time, bilingual Spanish-speaking Certified Pharmacy Technician to work in a clinic-based pharmacy at North Texas Area Community Health Center Pharmacy. The role requires compassionate service and a focus on patient care within a Federally Qualified Health Center environment.

Qualifications

• Current PTCB Certification
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Computer experience mandatory
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and take prescription orders
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
• Answer the phone
• Input customer information into the computer system
• Communicate clearly with patients and staff
