Job summary

Aon Corporation in the United States is seeking an Experienced Catastrophe Risk Analyst who is Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. The role combines risk assessment with catastrophe modeling, client interaction, and team leadership in a hybrid Miami setting.

You will manage multi-analyst projects, run data prep and modeling using SQL and vendor software, and advise on reinsurance programs. Strong communication and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of catastrophe modeling experience with major vendors (Air/RMS).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Advanced Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis, cleanup, and validation.
• Strong communication and client-facing collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a math/statistics/computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish and coordinate multiple analysts.
• Prepare policy data for catastrophe risk analysis using SQL and modeling software.
• Build and manage reinsurance programs using proprietary tools.
• Respond to brokers, clients, and reinsurers on risk analysis questions.
• Provide real-time loss estimates for events in Latin America.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
