Job summary

You will deliver service in both English and Spanish, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, stock merchandise, and support daily store operations while following company policies to create a safe, efficient, and welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Accurately operate a Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash/electronic transactions.
• Able to regularly lift, move, and position merchandise.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST service during shopping experiences.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain merchandise accuracy and help with stock, displays, and housekeeping tasks.
• Answer questions and provide courteous product, pricing, and promotions information.
• Assist with merchandising updates, price changes, and other store tasks as assigned.
