Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required.
• Previous cashier, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring a welcoming dining experience.
• Accurately process cash, credit, and digital payments at the POS.
• Take customer orders efficiently and relay them to kitchen staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and cashier station.
• Assist with restocking supplies, condiments, and front-line inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment during peak hours.
