Compass Llc in California is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager (CFS Facilitator) to lead a team and empower adults with developmental disabilities.

You will mentor CFS Specialists, partner with families, and travel to support clients in their homes and communities. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, Spanish fluency, and CPR/First Aid certification. Full-time with growth opportunities.

Pay Range at Hire:

• $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Lifetime pay range with longevity: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a CFS Facilitator, you will:
