Job summary

Catholic Charities of Orange, Sullivan & Ulster seeks a full-time Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) in Ulster County to provide direct case management, advocacy, referrals, crisis intervention, and short-term service planning. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with diverse communities, including weekend pop-ups and food pantry events.

You will also handle reception duties, document in Unite Us and Apricot, and travel to meet clients while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Associate’s degree with one year of experience in Human Services.
• Clean NYS Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention to housing-insecure individuals.
• Serve as primary case manager for rental assistance and SAEF programs.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop short-term service plans.
• Log client interactions in Unite Us/Apricot and other systems.
• Travel to meet clients and participate in outreach events.
