LHH in Los Angeles is seeking a bilingual Case Manager to support families experiencing homelessness in a shelter setting. You will conduct intakes, assess needs, develop ISPs, help families obtain housing-ready documents, and connect clients to housing, medical, and community resources.
You'll work with a predominantly Spanish-speaking population, maintain case notes, advocate for clients, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with guidelines.
Contract covering for a leave of absence
Pay: $23/hr. - 26/hr.
