Job summary

Compass Connections is hiring compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This position offers a stable schedule Monday through Friday, with an hourly pay of $23.05 and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement options.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), 1+ year of related experience, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred or two years of college coursework.
• 1+ year related experience and/or training.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• First aid, CPR, and emergency behavior intervention certifications preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to the position.
• Enter information in Salesforce and UC Portal as required by policy.
• Review Salesforce and UC Portal for compliance with guidelines.
• Document information related to delays in reunification.
• Review and sign children’s records per policy and licensing standards.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
• Compile and maintain records, files, and statistics per policy and contract requirements.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed by supervisor.
• Implement Compass Connections safety protocols during emergencies.
