Job summary

Right at Home Huntsville is seeking compassionate bilingual caregivers who speak English and Spanish to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients in Huntsville.

Shift: 9am-1pm, Monday–Saturday. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, health and dental options, paid training, and a supportive team.

You must be 18+, HS Diploma or GED, authorization to work in the US, a driver’s license and reliable transportation; lifting up to 25 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation and accompany clients as needed.
• Offer companionship and monitor wellbeing.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Our caregivers provide compassionate hands-on support to clients by assisting them with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship.

Caregiver Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older


• Bilingual in English and Spanish


• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent


• Authorized to work in the US


• Driver's license with vehicle


• Some caregiving experience preferred


• Ability to pass a background check


• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
