Job summary

Legacy Home Care Services seeks a bilingual Care Coordinator to organize and coordinate client and caregiver schedules, ensuring timely, quality care. You will support clients and caregivers, manage communications, and assist with documentation and scheduling tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and EVV systems.
