Job summary

EDS Service Solutions is seeking a responsible Shift Supervisor for a car rental operation at the Miami Airport. This role emphasizes maintaining productivity and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach staff, cover for the Site Manager when needed, and support drivers and car cleaners to meet customer demands. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are preferred requirements.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record (3 years).
• At least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees are productive while at work.
• Ensure employees are following safety protocols.
• Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met at the assigned location.
• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks as directed.
• Cover driver/transporters lead and VSA\'s when needed to fulfill customer needs.
