Job summary

EDS Service Solutions is seeking a site supervisor at Bradley International Airport to oversee daily staffing, monitor productivity, and ensure safety compliance. You will mentor new employees, coordinate with drivers and cleaners, and cover for the Site Manager as needed.

Your role requires weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather while maintaining a high standard of reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• PM shift availability.
• Clean driving record (3 years).
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to walk and stay active for up to 8 hours.
• Comfortable outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all employees scheduled to work on your shift.
• Ensure productivity standards are met at the location.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover for Site Manager on days off and perform directed tasks.
• Cover driver/transporters lead and car cleaners when needed.
