Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English (P).
• Prior experience with children in a school or similar setting (R).
• Strong interpersonal communication with children and adults (R).
• Ability to stay calm, firm and respectful when addressing student behavior (R).
• Willingness to participate in district training on safety and emergency protocols (R).
• SERV Safe Certification (R).
• Identity Verified Prints Clearance Card (R).
• CPR/First Aid Certification (R).

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in the cafeteria to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.
• Monitor noise levels and student interactions to promote a calm, respectful atmosphere.
• Address and report behavioral or safety concerns to staff.
• Assist cleaning and sanitizing of tables and dining areas between lunch periods.
• Encourage students to follow school rules and practice good manners.
• Provide basic first aid when necessary or notify staff.
