Job summary

Rodgers Wade in Paris, TX is hiring Cabinet & Hardware Assemblers. This on-site role requires experience in construction or assembly, comfort with power tools, and the ability to read blueprints.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with a 15–17 USD/hour pay scale and a Monday–Friday schedule plus possible overtime on Saturdays. You will use routers, saws, drills, and tape measures to build cabinets and hardware, reading drawings to construct each unit.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or assembly work.
• Comfort using tools and working with wood or laminates.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use tools such as router, miter saw, power drill and tape measure to assemble cabinets and hardware.
• Read drawings and blueprints to construct units accurately.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
