Summary

Join Our Dynamic Real Estate Team as a Multilingual Buyer’s Agent

We are seeking skilled and experienced Buyer’s Agents who are fluent in multiple languages to become key members of our top-performing real estate team. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong history of excellence in client service and expertise in guiding buyers through the home purchasing process. You will have the opportunity to assist a wide range of clients, including those relocating to the region. If you are dedicated to providing outstanding support and personalized care throughout every step of the buying experience, we would love to connect with you!

Responsibilities
  • Execute daily real estate prospecting activities to create a habit of success
  • Work in your CRM database daily
  • Host open houses regularly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in daily skill-building conversations to convert appointments
  • Engage in weekly and monthly team activities
  • Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and partner calls
  • Track activities and report your numbers using PLACE Technology systems
  • Preview homes to understand home values
  • Commit to 40-50 hours weekly on our team
Qualifications
  • Licensed real estate sales professional

  • Willingness to learn scripts and track activities
  • Industry experience is a plus, but training is provided
