Job summary

Latino Community Credit Union (LCCU) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch and supervise delivery of financial services to our diverse membership. You will help members create wealth and thrive while guiding a team committed to community development.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with related experience; MBA is preferred. Strong Spanish and English communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel and LCCU systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with two years’ related experience and/or training; MBA preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and LCCU systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the delivery of all financial services to members in a branch.
• Lead a team to ensure excellent customer service and community focus.
• Make decisions based on evidence and maintain the financial strength of the organization.
• Coordinate with other departments to support member wealth-building.

How can you succeed with us?

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and LCCU systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with internal team, members and community organizations and leaders.
