Exacta Bookkeeping & Tax Services in Austin, TX, is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to join our growing accounting team. You will manage client books, run payroll, prepare tax-related reports, and ensure timely, accurate financial statements.

Requirements include 10+ years of experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and Drake Software. We offer medical benefits, commissions, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a staff accountant.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Enterprise and Drake Software.
• Strong problem-solving and client service skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage unaudited financial statements and review them monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Process weekly and biweekly payroll and payroll taxes.
• Prepare payroll taxes and financial statements.
• Communicate with multiple clients and handle various tasks/projects.
• W2s and 1099s preparation; Income tax preparation preferred.
