Job summary

Marin Community Clinics seeks a Director of Training, Behavioral Health Fellowship to design and lead a transformative Fellowship program. You will supervise Fellows, support junior practitioners, and partner with the Clinical Programs Director to align curriculum with latest evidence-based practices.

You will empower Latinx communities through culturally responsive, trauma-aware care and by building a pipeline of clinicians reflecting the communities served.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker with California licensure and at least 2 years post-licensure experience.
• Experience developing curriculum and delivering mentorship in clinical settings.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required for patient and colleague communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor ASWs and Behavioral Health Fellows.
• Design and implement an ASW IBH training program aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Deliver culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care to patients in-person and via telehealth.
• Evaluate and update the training program based on feedback and outcomes.
• Stay at the forefront of integrated behavioral health within primary care.
