United Care ABA is seeking caring, dependable professionals to work one-on-one with children across Colorado. The role involves supporting family goals, implementing treatment plans, and helping children develop communication and daily living skills in home and community settings.

Training and supervision are provided, with opportunities to advance toward BCBA qualifications. We welcome applicants from childcare, education, and healthcare backgrounds who are eager to grow in a rewarding field.

Formación

• Experience working with children, families, or individuals who need support.
• Willingness to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children in homes and communities.
• Help children learn and practice important life skills.
• Follow treatment plans developed by clinical supervisors.
• Track progress and complete documentation.
• Communicate with supervisors and families.
• Build positive relationships with children and caregivers.
