Qualifications

Immediate Positions Available to Work with Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Additional $2.00 /hour (premium pay) for weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Teach children through play, following individualized treatment plans
• Observe, play, and document progress
• Help children develop motor, social, emotional, and communication skills
• Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
• Make a meaningful difference in children's lives

Desired Skills and Qualities:

• Previous experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA)
• Energetic, playful, creative, quick thinker
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to move easily on and off the floor quickly
• Comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
• Willingness to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care
• Interest in evidence-based, scientifically supported methods
