- Additional $2.00 /hour (premium pay) for weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Teach children through play, following individualized treatment plans
- Observe, play, and document progress
- Help children develop motor, social, emotional, and communication skills
- Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
- Make a meaningful difference in children's lives
Desired Skills and Qualities:
- Previous experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA)
- Energetic, playful, creative, quick thinker
- Dependable and reliable
- Ability to move easily on and off the floor quickly
- Comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
- Willingness to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care
- Interest in evidence-based, scientifically supported methods
