Job summary

Crown ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Maryland-based team in a flexible, supportive environment. You will work 1:1 with children in-home, in school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA and recording client progress.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy or childcare experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $21 - $30/hour

• 10-35 hours/week

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Baltimore, Maryland

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
