Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management and may assist professional customers as needed.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with a focus on accurate transactions and courteous service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending parts, performing in-store services within policy, and aiding with stock and planogram updates.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) and familiarity with automotive parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail customers, helping them select merchandise and promoting service programs.
• Serve professional customers and assist management as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions, including returns and exchanges per policy.
• Stock shelves, update planograms, and support daily store operations and inspections.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., battery tests, wiper installations) where allowed by law.
