Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Ohio to help customers find parts and solutions for their automotive needs. You’ll assist customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to a friendly, efficient store environment.

Key responsibilities include engaging customers, recommending products to hit sales goals, stocking shelves, and ensuring store safety and accurate POS procedures. Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• Exceptional communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail is a plus.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, provide automotive advice, and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to hit sales goals and metrics.
• Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and follow POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements to maintain a secure store.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on parts and promos.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
