Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
• Exceptional communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous automotive retail experience is a plus.
• ASE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, provide automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and keep store organized; follow POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
