As a Retail Sales Associate, you will assist with product selection, provide expert advice, and contribute to sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll engage customers, stay up to date on automotive parts and tools, and work with the team to keep the store organized and compliant with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Help customers find parts and solutions to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain well-stocked inventory and assist with store operations.
• Process transactions following POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Support team and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
