Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts knowledge or related sales experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and installer service specialists with customer needs.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions and maintain the cash drawer securely.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and address customer complaints.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, shipping returns.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries when business needs dictate.
• All other duties as assigned by store management.
