• Fluent or highly proficient in both Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to learn and accept coaching.
• Experience using a CRM or other customer management system.

Responsibilities

• Assist English and Spanish-speaking customers with new and pre-owned vehicle purchases.
• Respond to internet, phone, and showroom opportunities.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective and previous customers by phone, text, and email.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prospect for new business and develop your own customer base.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM.
• Stay current on Kia products, incentives, and competitive vehicles.
• Complete required product training and certifications.
• Work closely with sales management to achieve individual and dealership goals.
• Maintain dealership standards for customer satisfaction and sales performance.
