Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet retail customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to the position.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and recommend items.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer, processing transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns according to company policies.
• Assist with daily operational tasks and inventory cycle counts.
• Operate store test equipment after training.
• Perform various in-store services for customers where permitted.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
