Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Physically able to lift and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice to ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies; use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
