Responsibilities

• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss-prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE to keep a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and suggest solutions.
