Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and help meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and use PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and suggest solutions.
