Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs.

You will assist with product selection, maintain store standards, and contribute to a friendly, knowledgeable shopping environment. In this role you’ll work closely with managers and teammates, handle inventory, follow POS procedures, and use diagnostic tools to read codes when needed.

• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
