Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication: Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Leadership & Teamwork: Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness: Recommend products and promotions to enhance customer experience and contribute to sales goals.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations: Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance: Follow structured processes and use PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Diagnostics Support: Use diagnostic tools to read codes from vehicles and suggest solutions.
