AutoZone in Indiana is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be on the front lines of WOW! Customer Service, helping customers find the right parts and solutions, stock and organize products, and provide expert guidance.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment with teammates and managers, meeting sales goals and learning AutoZone systems. This part-time, hourly role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to meet sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, organize the floor, and follow POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure workplace.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
