You will stock, assist customers, and uphold a knowledgeable, friendly store environment that supports sales goals and smooth operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and safe, efficient store procedures, with opportunities for growth within a large automotive retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with automotive advice and clear communication.
• Collaborate with management and teammates to maintain a productive store.
• Recommend products and promotions to hit sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and manage store operations and POS procedures.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies with PPE.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on parts and tools.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
