Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Durant, OK is seeking a Delivery Specialist responsible for maintaining and operating store vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently. This role also handles COD deliveries and customer returns.

You will use fleet handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and log mileage; keep vehicles clean and inspected; and support cash handling, stocking, and occasional cashier duties as business dictates.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Driving record must meet company policy.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet driving eligibility requirements.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Process deliveries using handheld devices and capture customer signatures.
• Handle COD deliveries and customer returns.
• Keep delivery vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies secure.
• Assist customers and perform merchandising and stocking tasks as needed.
• Report vehicle maintenance, accidents, or damage to the store manager.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• May assist customers as a cashier and support other duties as business dictates.
