Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• At least two years of recent experience in public accounting.
• Must be bilingual in Japanese.
• Active CPA license or in process.
• Generalist client industry experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, and PCAOB standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures for public company clients and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in planning, fieldwork, and reporting for audits.
• Communicate findings to management and address issues.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and PCAOB standards.
