Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker at our Bloomington branch to provide welcoming, attentive service and help clients with transactions, new accounts, and digital banking tools. You will build trusted relationships and work with a team to deliver smooth, client-focused experiences.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and a high school diploma or GED. Prior customer service experience is preferred; training on products and procedures will be provided.

Qualifications

• Reading and speaking English and Spanish fluently.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, open new accounts, and adhere to policies.
• Educate clients on using Chase mobile/online tools and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and support cash handling in line with policies.
