In this position, you will greet clients, open accounts, educate on Chase's technology, and collaborate with branch teammates to meet financial goals. Bilingual Mandarin preferred; the schedule is 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Mandarin language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow using a tablet and queue system.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including mobile app, online banking, and ATMs.
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM management in line with policies.
