Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients; teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and communication skills; problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through transactions and inquiries.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while deepening client relationships.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities and connect them to specialists as needed.
• Maintain compliance with TD's policies and risk standards in all client interactions.
