Our law firm is looking for the next associate attorney to assist in providing legal counsel to clients. You will work closely with our senior partners and associates, conduct legal research, draft documents, and maintain client files. If you’ve recently graduated law school, have excellent fact-finding and communication skills, and are ready to jump-start your career in the legal industry, we want to hear from you!

Our San Jose office is currently seeking a zealous, competent, and motivated attorney who is English-Spanish bilingual to first work with us as an attorney of counsel to possibly become an associate Immigration Attorney (contract to permanent) based on performance.

Must be bilingual in Spanish/English and have at least one year of experience as an attorney in family, removal, and immigration legal defense to be considered for this position.

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
