Custom Filters Direct, Bloomsburg, PA, is hiring a Bilingual Assistant Production Supervisor (English/Spanish) for 1st shift to support the Production Supervisor and oversee daily manufacturing operations.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on communication, staffing, production tracking, accountability, and keeping the production floor organized and productive.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficient with computers, email, and spreadsheet software.
• Able to give staff direction and hold them accountable.
• Reliable attendance and overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Production Supervisor with daily production operations.
• Communicate instructions and expectations in English and Spanish.
• Help assign employees and monitor daily staffing and headcount.
• Track attendance, production numbers, and employee performance.
• Enter information into spreadsheets and company software.
• Train, coach, and provide direction to production employees.
• Address attendance, performance, conduct, and housekeeping concerns.
• Help monitor temporary and staffing-agency employees.
• Communicate staffing, quality, production, and employee concerns to management.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence on the production floor.

Bilingual Assistant Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Custom Filters Direct | Bloomsburg, PA

Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Full-Time | Weekly Pay + $50 Weekly Attendance Bonus

Custom Filters Direct is hiring a Bilingual Assistant Production Supervisor (English/Spanish) to support our 1st Shift Production Supervisor and help oversee daily manufacturing operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on employee communication, staffing, production tracking, accountability, and keeping the production floor organized and productive.

Employees are eligible for a $50 attendance bonus each week with no missed time - up to an additional $2,600 per year.

Responsibilities

• Support the Production Supervisor with daily production operations
• Communicate instructions and expectations in English and Spanish
• Help assign employees and monitor daily staffing and headcount
• Track attendance, production numbers, and employee performance
• Enter information into spreadsheets and company software
• Train, coach, and provide direction to production employees
• Address attendance, performance, conduct, and housekeeping concerns
• Help monitor temporary and staffing-agency employees
• Communicate staffing, quality, production, and employee concerns to management
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence on the production floor

Qualifications

• Comfortable giving employees direction and holding them accountable
• Dependable attendance and ability to work required overtime

Previous experience as a Line Lead, Team Lead, Production Lead, Assistant Supervisor, or Supervisor is preferred.

Schedule & Benefits
