The practice operates five offices across the Baton Rouge metropolitan area, including Donaldsonville, Plaquemine, Port Allen, Gonzales, and Baton Rouge. The team supports patients and their legal representatives by accepting assignment of care and offering transportation options. Early and Saturday appointments are available to accommodate diverse schedules. The centers offer bilingual staff and Spanish-language support to ensure accessible, patient-focused care for the community.
Role Description The Bilingual Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Baton Rouge metropolitan area. This role supports daily clinic operations by greeting patients, coordinating check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls and inquiries in both English and Spanish. The Bilingual Assistant assists with basic administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, processing forms, and handling documentation related to assignment of care. The role includes providing clear, compassionate communication, helping patients understand treatment plans and services, and facilitating translation between patients and clinical staff. The Bilingual Assistant works closely with chiropractors, front desk personnel, and other team members to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.
Qualifications

• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, including clear speaking, listening, and translation abilities.
• Experience with patient-facing customer service, such as greeting visitors, answering phones, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Basic administrative and office skills, including scheduling, record keeping, and handling forms or documentation accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate empathy with patients.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced healthcare environment; prior experience in medical, chiropractic, or wellness settings is a plus.
• Reliable attendance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in healthcare administration or a related field is beneficial.
