Responsibilities

• Oversee kit inspection and assembly operations on weekend day shift.
• Guide, train, and support assembly operators; enforce SPI standards.
• Track quality, safety, and productivity; address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with leadership and quality teams; review SPI docs.
• Prepare weekly timecards and manage payroll entries.
• Lead substitutions and onboarding of new leads.
