Job summary

The Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) is hiring an Application Specialist I to provide exceptional customer service to clients navigating organic product reviews. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and includes administrative duties supporting OMRI's mission.

This full-time position is based in Eugene, Oregon, with options for remote or hybrid work. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience and preferably bilingual in English and Spanish. A competitive salary and generous benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service via phone and email.

Responsibilities
