Job summary

BG Staffing, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Aurora, CO. This on‑site role offers a pay range of $23-$24/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and ASAP start.

The position is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity and requires hands‑on maintenance skills. The ideal candidate will have apartment maintenance experience, be able to troubleshoot independently, and communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred or required.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Reliable, punctual and detail‑oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and drywall.
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation.
• Maintain community grounds, common areas and amenities.
• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
