Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in leasing, customer service, sales, real estate, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
• Strong engagement with diverse personalities and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours to determine housing needs and close leads.
• Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, applications, and credit checks.
• Collect deposits, rent, and move-in charges.
• Explain lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Follow up with leads who did not lease.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and coordinate move-in touches.
• Manage lease renewals and retention efforts.
